**Support Logistics Coordinator**

**_ A bit about the role.._**
You will be helping to maintain the health of our equipment that are onsite for our customers. You will be ordering replacement equipment, tracking shipments, and organizing the logistics for customer deliveries. You will be working closely with our inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. There will be creative and operational freedom in the development of new database solutions, and a great chance to hone one’s organizational skills.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have experience in administrative roles, reception, customer service, technical/logistics support, or hold relative Post-secondary education in Office Administration
- You consider yourself technically savvy
- You understand the basics of logistics
- You have strong MS Office/Google Suite skills
- You are very organized - you dot every 'i' and cross every 't' - you are detail-oriented
- You think on your feet and can be adaptable—you don’t mind switching gears if plans suddenly change
- You have a proven ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through to resolution
- You have the ability to work independently or within a team
- You are determined to help solve problems and document as you go
- Experience with Zendesk or formal ticketing system is an asset
- You have Top-Notch Communication both written and verbal in English (French and other languages are a bonus)
**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Manage the logistics and flow of hardware in need of replacement, this includes:
- Receiving and analyzing internal system data to determine hardware faults and defective hardware/equipment;
- Managing active replacement/defective unit needs in a database;
- Ordering replacement parts through a prescribed process; and
- Working with fulfillment on the return of old units.
- Analyzing hardware data to understand trends and patterns, which will be relayed to internal partners and leadership
- Provide regular updates on the status of shipments and replacements across global Solink fleet
- Provide feedback internally on improving processes as well as reporting systemic issues with hardware that should be investigated on a regular basis.
