We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in a full-time Restaurant Reservations role at Nobu Hotel and Restaurant, Toronto.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, the full-time Reservations role at Nobu Restaurant is the face of hospitality, dedicated to ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you will assist in orchestrating every aspect of the guest journey, from reservation to farewell, embodying the spirit of Nobu hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage guest reservations and inquiries, providing attentive and personalized assistance to meet their needs and preferences.
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them through the dining experience and addressing any questions or requests.
- Coordinate special arrangements and requests, such as dietary restrictions or celebratory occasions, with the kitchen and service teams.
- Act as a liaison between guests and restaurant staff, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Monitor dining room flow and guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and proactively addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Nobu's menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in organizing special events and private dining experiences, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles and preferences in the reservation system, personalizing future interactions and enhancing the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to analyze guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Uphold Nobu's standards of service excellence and professionalism in all guest interactions, embodying the brand's commitment to hospitality

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role, preferably within a restaurant or upscale dining environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests effectively and professionally.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs and preferences.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
