Reservations Manager

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of reservations for the establishment
- Oversee booking of groups for semi-private and private events
- Work day shifts at the restaurant, managing admin responsibilities while having oversight of lunch service and seatings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming texts and calls
- Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of guest services in the hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate graciously and effectively
- Familiarity with reservation software and phone systems

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 44 per week
