**As a Divine Spine Wellness Coordinator, you’ll create the Divine Spine Experience for our patients through excellent service and premium healthcare. **Basic Qualifications**
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings starting as early as 8:00 am, evenings ending as late as 7:30 pm, and Saturday mornings.
- Meet clinic operating policies and standards, including providing exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Engage with and understand our patients, including discovering and responding to patient needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- **Be computer proficient in Word, Excel, Canva**.
- Process patient transactions and manage schedules in our electronic management software.
- Communicate with patients through our customer management software.
- Available to perform many different tasks within the clinic during each shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction & Customer Service**: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, managing a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- **Office Management**: Maintain an organized workspace, ensure patient records are updated, manage clinic supplies, and keep operations running smoothly.
- **Social Media & Communication**: Assist with social media and communications to keep patients informed and engaged.
- **Billing & Administrative Tasks**: Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and other administrative duties to support the clinical team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in health administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Experience in a chiropractic office preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn quickly and think outside the box.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
