**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Analyze market data to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Business development acumen with a focus on expanding market reach.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Proficient in account management practices to foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

- 50% (preferred)
