**Job brief**

We are looking for a skilled **Key Account Manager** to oversee a major client relationship. You will be responsible for maintaining an existing long-term key customer by comprehending their requirements, meeting their expectations, and solving any issues they may encounter.

Contribute to sustaining and growing business with the key customer into the future.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow a relationship with a major client
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between a key customer and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by the customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as **key account manager**:

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field

**Responsabilités**
- Développer une relation avec un client majeur
- Acquérir une compréhension approfondie des principaux besoins et exigences des clients
- S'assurer que les bons produits et services sont livrés au client en temps opportun
- Servir de lien de communication entre un client clé et les équipes internes
- Résoudre tous les problèmes rencontrés par le client et traiter les plaintes pour maintenir la confiance
- Jouer un rôle essentiel dans la génération de nouvelles ventes
- Préparer des rapports réguliers et des prévisions aux parties prenantes internes

**Exigences et compétences**
- Expérience avérée en tant que gestionnaire de grands comptes
- Expérience dans la vente et la fourniture de solutions basées sur les besoins des clients
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec une aptitude à établir des relations avec des professionnels de tous les niveaux organisationnels
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité de résolution de problèmes et de négociation
- Diplôme en administration des affaires, en vente ou dans un domaine pertinent
