We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced **Inventory & Logistics Manager** to join our team and help optimize our inventory and logistics operations.

**Position Overview**:
The **Inventory & Logistics Manager** will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and optimized, managing replenishment shipments to external fulfillment centers, finding efficient transport methods, negotiating with couriers, and coordinating third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. This role requires strong analytical and operational skills, and the ability to collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure stock levels meet demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock across warehouses and external fulfillment partners.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust reorder points to maintain appropriate stock levels and avoid under/overstocking.
- Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend discontinuation or adjustments as needed.
- **Logistics & Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate and oversee replenishment shipments to third-party fulfillment centers.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow from warehouse to customer.
- **3PL and Transport Solutions**:

- Research, negotiate, and implement efficient transport methods for shipments.
- Manage relationships with couriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable shipping services.
- Identify cost-effective third-party logistics (3PL) solutions and negotiate contracts to optimize fulfillment processes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain operations align with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics best practices.
- Experience coordinating with third-party fulfillment centers and couriers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and managing external logistics relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
