Our company is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will involve managing all incoming and outgoing material requirements, including inventory management. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Handle receiving, packing, inspection, shipping, and inventory control duties.
- Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
- Determine the best shipment methods and prepare necessary shipping documents, bills, and invoices.
- Assemble shipping containers, pack goods, and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Track shipments and resolve any customer delivery-related issues.
- Unpack, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents, document shortages, and reject non-compliant or damaged goods.
- Assist drivers in unloading goods and route them to appropriate areas.
- Monitor and control the movement of inventory from initial receipt to production shipments.
- Kit material for manufacturing work orders and record using the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory counts.
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in a related inventory & supply chain coordination role.
- Experience with electronics manufacturing and ESD packaging/safe practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation.
- Experience working within an ERP-driven environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Well-organized and resourceful.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures for the transportation of dangerous goods is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and housekeeping habits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact on business goals.
- Positive attitude: punctual, flexible, and adaptable.
- Access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
