Special Events Coordinator

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years Food & Beverage experience required
- Hospitality and Tourism and/or Event Management education considered an asset
- Minimum of 2 years Event Planning or Coordinating experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational, detail management and multi-tasking skills
- Commitment to managing clients by providing the highest level of service, integrity and creativity
- Must be flexible to work to client demands (days, evenings and weekends)
- Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales software such as Delphi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and customer service focused
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation
- High energy, outgoing personality with a strong - professional interpersonal communication skills
