Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our team at Speedy Auto Service/Novus Auto Glass.
We have an 11 Bay, fully renovated facility, with brand new equipment, and amazing staff. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and automotive repair techniques
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
We offer competitive compensation packages including salary plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.
**Salary**: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
