Our office in Kingston, Ontario, is looking for an organized, proactive, and effective **Site Administrator **to support its project sites in the Kingston and Napanee, ON area for an **approximate duration of twelve (12) months.**

**Summary of the Role**:
Reporting to the Area Manager and Project Manager, the Site Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative site services such as purchasing, payroll input, records control and as well as other administrative responsibilities related to the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer site operating procedures such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout and payroll input system.
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of project related records and reports.
- Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties using various systems and procedures.
- Tabulate and post data in designated record books.
- Record and file service and change orders.
- Field inquiries and provide information to customers, suppliers, project managers as well as corporate office.
- Adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate site supply inventory and purchases.
- Operate office equipment and machinery such as computer, fax and photocopy equipment.
- Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
- Greet construction site visitors.
- On a regular and continuous basis, exercise sound administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having impacted people, costs and/or quality of service.
- Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policy/procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
- Ensure that environmental aspects within his/her sphere of responsibility are adhered to pursuant to ISO 14001 requirements.
- Perform such other and reasonable duties or responsibilities as may be required to maintain an effectively run site office.
- Other administrative duties, as required.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or another related program.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and Verbal) are required.
- Previous construction site administrative experience is preferred.
- Three (3) years administrative experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong attention to detail.
