We'll need your organizational skills, rigour and ingenuity on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include managing all digital platforms used for marketing and corporate communication initiatives, ensuring performance and compliance at all times, optimizing the user experience (UX) and ensuring the accuracy of information published.

- Manage all digital platforms (website, social media, intranet, etc.) to ensure performance and compliance and to optimize the user experience (UX).
- Regularly monitor platform performance and provide recommendations to team members to increase the effectiveness and impact of developed content.
- Manage the SEO/SEM strategy and optimize it in line with evolving algorithms.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with the partner media agency, monitor performance and propose adjustments as needed.
- Develop various brand assets, such as image and photo banks, brand templates and promotional items to support the Sales team’s efforts in promotion, recruitment and internal communications.
- Track trends, target and implement relevant automation tools and analytics platforms and use data to help other team members optimize their marketing and communication initiatives.
- Work with members of the Information Technology team on various technological projects to meet the firm's growing marketing and communications needs.
- Manage the coordinators responsible for publishing content on shared digital platforms, updating content and managing BBA Boutique inventories (promotional items).

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- At least seven years of relevant experience in marketing communications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant training
- Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of social media, CMS (Craft) and other digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, digital screens)
- Knowledge of graphic and video production tools (Canva, Vimeo, etc.)
