**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at an exciting stage The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ISAAC’s digital marketing channel and its performance. This role requires a high level of cross-functional interacting with content, branding, graphic design, as well as digital marketing & paid media vendors in order to launch successful lead generation campaigns that drive customers through the journey of discovery, education and, ultimately, conversion.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute ABM digital strategies to hit target account engagement, as well as sales and corporate goals
- Partner with trade publications and industry associations on paid media campaigns, maintain consistent brand messaging and accurately represent ISAAC’s offerings
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce exciting campaigns, evaluate creative effectiveness, and drive constant improvement and optimization of all campaigns
- Proactively work with Marketing Operations to optimize the website to improve conversion rate and accelerate pipeline creation
- Set up the attribution model and measurement for the multi-channel marketing activities
- Monitor, report and recommend modifications or new tactics based on marketing analytics
- Conduct regular digital and competitive audits to assess and monitor competitive performance and benchmark versus company performance
- Manage the digital and print marketing budget, optimizing spending through analytics-driven decision making and strategic discipline
- Remain abreast of digital marketing best practices, social media trends, changes in algorithms, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or web analytics or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience driving customer acquisition through digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Solid understanding of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B testing
- Bilingual and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously

Assets
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- B2B experience and transportation knowledge
