The role

CAA Atlantic is seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. What you'll do

**Web Content Creation**:

- Create compelling web content using Adobe and Drupal, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate web content updates.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize GA4 to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.

**Digital Locations Management**:

- Oversee and optimize Google My Business profiles and other digital locations to enhance local search visibility.
- Ensure consistency in business information across online platforms.

**Digital Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.

Projects and Digitization
- Develop and launch CAA Atlantic SMS marketing program.
- Assist in the vision and development of CAA Atlantic's paperless member transition.
- Developing reporting dashboards for key acquisition channels and communications.
- Assist with the CAA Community Crew and events that drive member engagement and experiential marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with our overall marketing goals.

What you'll need

**Qualifications**:
The following skills and qualifications will be required to carry out this role:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a Combination of education and experience.
- Three years progressive experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Drupal, and GA4.
- Familiarity with Google My Business and digital locations management.
- Video editing experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to travel within Atlantic Canada to attend events.
