**Job Summary**

The Expert, Human Resources Operating Model is responsible for building and leading new initiatives to support the evolution of Human Resources (HR) operating model. Some of these initiatives include designing the operating model, departmental integrations and hand-offs. Moreover, the role follows the evolution of the operating model and is accountable for the implementation and governance of the Centres of Excellence (CoEs). The incumbent is involved in the design of the main responsibilities of the CoEs in HR and other supporting functions as well as designs their interconnections.

**Main Responsibilities**

**HR Operating Model Evolution and Execution**
- Work with the HR leadership team to design and define the future operating model
- Support the design teams to evolve and document the HR operating model
- Design the organizational structure to support the new ways of working and technology advancements

**Centre of Excellence Governance and Continuous Improvement**
- Design and put in place the required CoEs for HR, including the definition, responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ways of working with various leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Establish the required governance for the continued improvement of the CoEs after launch
- Track KPIs to maintain the HR operating model

**HR Transformation**
- Facilitate workshops to obtain the final approvals across the various departments in order to ensure alignment to the future business processes and systems for all CoEs across HR
- Streamline HR processes, increase efficiency, optimize the operating model to provide valuable data for decisions
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan for culture change, training, and coaching to align teams to future state operating model
- Leverage strategic partner relationships to accelerate delivery of business value

**Working Conditions**

The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and stress. The role requires mínimal travel (10%) within North America.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**

Human Resources and Business Transformation
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR business transformation role or working on important organizational transformation projects

**Education/Certification/Designation**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field*
- Change Management (PROSCI) certification*
- Project Management certification*
- Any designation for these above would be considered as an asset

**Competencies**

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) solutions, HR technology trends, and change management strategies
- Knowledge of designing and implementing new HR operating models and

End-to-End (E2E) HR process transformations
- Strong understanding of organizational development
- Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)*
- Any knowledge for any of the above would be considered as an asset
