POSITION OVERVIEW

CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Manage the diverse situations by answering employees’ queries or routing them to the appropriate individual, while tracking issues and inquiries in the system.- Ensure that all the employees’ questions are fully addressed and escalate complex/difficult questions to the appropriate HR team or individual.- Prioritize and follow through to ensure that each case is fully resolved.- Keep up to date with HR policies and processes and ensure that the databases are up to date to be able to answer employee questions.- Leverage, promote and identify opportunities for employee self-service capabilities.- Support Human Resource business partner with administrative tasks, presentations to the business and other proactive solutions that can enhance the employee journey according to business needs.- Complete additional HR projects to streamline processes and leverage technology to make it easier for employees to access HR services in a timely manner.- Use the information and data generate statistics and reports to support our Human Resource Business Partners and identify KPI’s to better support business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other relevant degree- Certified HR professional designation (CHRP/CIRC) an asset- 3-5 year of experience in human resources, especially in an advisory role- Workday knowledge an asset- Excellent client service skills on the phone and in writing- Bilingualism- Excellent understanding of HR programs and practices and ability to explain them to employees- Sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset- Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Strong interpersonal skills- Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English & French)- Experience using HR Information systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
