**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Effectuer l’ensemble des tâches comptables de l’audition de nuit ;
- Produire les rapports et les acheminer aux responsables ;
- Concilier les dépôts ;
- S’assurer de la sécurité des lieux et des invité-es ;
- Fournir un service exceptionnel aux invité-es ;
- Prendre les appels téléphoniques et les acheminer ;
- Faire preuve de discrétion et respecter la confidentialité des invité-es ;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe avec enthousiasme.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Formation en hôtellerie et/ou en comptabilité, un atout;
- Connaissance d’un logiciel de gestion hôtelière (Opera, un atout);
- Bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office;
- Expérience pertinente à la réception en contexte hôtelier;
- Permis de conduire valide, savoir conduire tous types de véhicules;
- Sens des responsabilités, de l’initiative, ainsi qu’une grande autonomie;
- Minutie;
- Excellent esprit d’analyse;
- Apte à gérer de façon créative et professionnelle les situations imprévues;
- Connaissance de la région immédiate et des points d’intérêt touristique;
- Présentation soignée;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
