Front Desk Gym Receptionist

Beautiful Athletic Club Located in CSL, Montreal.
OUR TEAM: We are a friendly and energetic team, always working together to reach our goals and to provide excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system
- put away inventory
- sell memberships
- make protein shakes
- clean up the weight room/club
- make calls to members whos cc has expired
- make calls to members to notify them on the status of their membership
- give out flyers to people outside the club
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Telephone Skills, clear verbal Communication, Microsoft Office skills, effective listening, professionalism, customer focus, organization, good under pressure, phone skills, supply management, must speak English and French (preferablly), reliable, positive attitude, honest, good team player, patience, good work ethic.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15.25 per hour
Part-time hours: 20-25 hrs per week
COVID-19 considerations:
All workers have the choice to wear a mask, hand sanitizer and disinfectant located around facility, plexiglass at front desk. Cleaner clean facility morning and night.
