Office Administrator/receptionist

Administration:
- Track and Log attendance, vacation and submit payroll hours.
- Answer phones and redirect as required and greet visitors.
- Order office supplies and to ensure recurring supplies are never depleted.
- Support for leadership team by booking travel, hotel, and cars.
- Coordinate office events.
- Support the operations team by printing labels, BOL & packing slips for the warehouses.
**Requirements**:
Must be fluently bilingual.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
