**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:To provide support to field staff personnel.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete new project set ups.
- Complete Team folder set ups.
- Request client codes/vendor set ups if required.
- Complete acknowledgements to clients
- Complete GST/HST compliance letters
- Upload vendor invoices to Vision
- Read all outgoing reports to ensure proper grammar and spelling. Also format reports.
- Handle client and vendor inquiries
- Prepare draft invoices for billing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Complete AR’s
- Covering other office admins due to illness or vacation
- Attend client functions where applicable/required.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complies with Company’s Safety Programs/Standards
- Complies with all Human Resources Policies, Programs, and Initiatives
- All other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing
**Experience
Two (2) years of experience is considered an asset.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
- Ability to meet attendance expectations.
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
