**Position Overview**:
As the Service Manager at Connection Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing all post-possession work, ensuring that clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally. This includes coordinating with clients and trades, managing the service and warranty department, and working to streamline processes for continued improvement in our after-sales services. You will also conduct pre-possession client walkthroughs to ensure clients are satisfied with their new homes. You will play a key role in the development of our service and warranty operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s high standards of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding post-possession work and service requests.
- Manage all aspects of the service and warranty department, including scheduling, tracking, and quality control.
- Liaise with trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Conduct pre-possession client walkthroughs to ensure the home meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the development of the service and warranty department to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all service-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, trades, and internal teams.
- Qualifications:Proven experience in residential construction, particularly in post-possession service or warranty work.
- Strong management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
