Regional Service Supervisor Job Summary

Responsible for managing Petroleum Service Technicians who travel to customer locations throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario to provide maintenance and repair services for petroleum dispensing and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Enhance company reputation through workmanship, quality and control.
  • Carry out manual tasks as required while working outdoors in all conditions.
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an industrial, customer focused environment would be an asset.
  • A commitment to safety and keen awareness of Provincial and company safety policies.
  • High energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision, with 'hands-on' participation in maintenance activities.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
