In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our service and parts departments, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate service appointments and parts orders, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Assist technicians with parts procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts transactions, and customer information.
- Handle billing and invoicing tasks related to service and parts transactions.
- Communicate updates and status reports to clients regarding their service requests and parts orders.
- Provide administrative support to the service manager and parts department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service or parts environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in administration is a plus.
