**Detailed Description**:
**Project Management Support**
- Leads project status and team meetings and record minutes during client and project meetings.
- Uses project management knowledge to create Gantt charts, review project margins, and resource matrixes.
- Supports the preparation of PowerPoint slides, and reports/proposals in MS Word, ensuring documents are well formatted.
- Provide project support through conducting information searches, preparing documents based on different information sources, tracking usage of project time, and canvassing for availability.
- Supports selection and onboarding of project resources by coordinating resume submissions, administering tests, and providing training information.

**Administrative Support**
- Supports projects through uploading and downloading content in HRSG’s software system.
- Ensures appropriate storage and titling of electronic documents in shared drives and assists team members in finding and accessing information.
- Update and maintain databases regularly.

**Training Program Coordination**
- Supports the coordination of on-line course delivery including correspondence with participants, preparing course materials, compiling metrics, and reporting.

**Proposal/ RFP Support**
- Coordinates the proposal process by reviewing RFPs and creating proposal templates based on the listed criteria and requirements.
- Reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness using editorial rigor.

**Education and Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education (e.g., College Diploma, University degree or credits) or combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of experience providing clerical and/or administrative support to project teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be eligible for security clearance.

- The demands of the job will occasionally require you to work more than full-time hours.
- This is a fully remote position.
- Temporary 20-month full-time contract (maternity leave coverage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 20 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
