Mr Swirl the Friendly Plumber is looking for an Office Manager that has a team-first mindset. Our office team is flourishing and looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our upbeat team
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring tasks are accomplished. Maintaining strong communication with our loyal clients by several methods of communication and addressing concerns. Proof read and process all outgoing invoices. Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities. A duration of training will be provided upon hire to better educate the use of our systems and procedures.
**Must be able to work day shifts Monday to Friday**
**Skills required for the position**:
- A primary point of contact for clients
- Operating multiple phone lines and directing phone calls appropriately
- Achieving set daily and monthly targets
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Knowledgeable with entries into QuickBooks Online
- Keen organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Maintain the filing system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and ability to efficiently proofread documents
- Reliable individual on-time and willing to assist co-workers to get the job done
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
