Reception Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee daily operations at the reception area, including staff schedules, task assignments, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, make recommendations to management, and order supplies as needed.
- Train front desk personnel on the proper use of software, equipment, and procedures, ensuring that all employees are up to date with the latest practices.
- Manage and maintain the booking system, including client profiles, payment processing, and appointment scheduling.
- Create and implement customer service policies to ensure consistent and satisfactory experiences for all guests.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the implementation of daily, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a recreational facility.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in staff management and scheduling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A team player who can work with a variety of personalities and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary.
