Trivium Law is looking for a reception and intro-level legal assistant to assist with our busy corporate, commercial and real estate practice.

We will provide training to those willing and eager to learn; no previous legal experience is necessary, but attention to detail, and willingness to learn is a must.


General Duties:

  • Provide reception service and data input
  • Assisting senior lawyers, paralegal and senior assistants with various legal tasks (will be taught onsite)
  • OCR Scanning of files and maintaining digital records
  • General administrative duties as required

What you should expect:

  • We will provide training in corporate, commercial and real estate law (we do not practice litigation in any form)

    someone who is ambitious, motivated, detail oriented can expect to be promoted quickly (together with salary raise / bonus).

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Clio is an asset, but not required
- must have a valid work permit in Canada or is a permanent resident or Canadian citizen

  • Being able to converse in Mandarin Chinese is an asset, but not required

Salary:
$39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
