**About Account Representative - Factoring & Asset-based Lending**:
As part of the Factoring and Asset-Based Lending team, you will have to ensure the management of a portfolio of clients that use our accounts receivable financing product.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Execute the daily activities of your assigned accounts
- Ensure the conformity of information sent by the clients and added to our systems.
- Verify the validity of the invoices submitted by our clients and make sure the company’s policies are respected.
- Communicate with clients and debtors when necessary
- Maintain a good professional relationship with the different parties involved
- Suggest different improvements to the current operations processes and be a key player in coordinating the whole invoice purchase and verification process
- Participate in the production of different monthly and quarterly reports
- Support the team in multiple tasks and projects

**The profile we are looking for**:

- You have a least 3 years experience in client relationship management.
- Any experience in a similar role within an organization offering Asset-based Lending will be considered an asset
- You are bilingual (English and French)
- You are known to have an eye for details
- Experience in factoring or commercial lending, an asset
- Experience with Cadence/ProfitStars systems, an asset
