DHL Express currently has an opening for an **Account Representative **in** Quebec city, QC.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initiate and maintain scheduled contact with assigned Customers at multiple contact levels
- Analysis of Customer needs & activity using more complex sales/service solutions and service agreements.
- Target and secure strategic international business.
- Facilitate annual, or as needed, rate increases.
- Achieve established sales targets.
- Identify and secure automated shipping system opportunities at customer sites. Develop, present & negotiate proposals/quotes.
- Ensure appropriate width & depth of relationship within customer organization.
- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles.
- Act as the liaison between customer and company resources. Engage appropriate personnel as required.
- Update management on competitive activity.
- Complete sales reports for Management

DHL Express est actuellement à la recherche d'un **représentant de comptes** dans **la ville de Quebec**, QC**.

**Comment contribuerez-vous au succès de DHL ?**
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et du maintien d'un contact planifié avec les clients assignés à plusieurs niveaux de contact.
- Analyse des besoins et de l'activité des clients en utilisant des solutions de vente/service plus complexes et des accords de service.
- Cibler et sécuriser les affaires internationales stratégiques.
- Faciliter les augmentations de tarifs annuelles, ou selon les besoins.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés.
- Identifier et sécuriser les opportunités de systèmes d'expédition automatisés sur les sites des clients. Élaborer, présenter et négocier des propositions/devis.
- Veiller à ce que les relations avec les clients soient suffisamment étendues et approfondies.
- Tenir à jour les profils complets des clients.
- Assurer la liaison entre le client et les ressources de l'entreprise. Engager le personnel approprié en fonction des besoins.
- Informer la direction de l'activité concurrentielle.
- Remplir des rapports de vente pour la direction.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Achieve established sales revenue and shipment targets.
- Customer margins, volumes and suppressions managed in compliance with Company standards.
- Meet pre-established performance standards

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to infiltrate senior customer levels and represent value.
- Excellent interpersonal communication & probing skills, high aptitude and initiative for follow-up.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong business, courier and/or supply chain management knowledge.
- Demonstrated drive, persistence & initiative.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Implemented measurements & strategies to attain goals
