**Inventory Controller**

Accumetal Manufacturing Inc. Stratford, ON
, Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

**Salary**: Starting at$24 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hardworking **Inventory Controller**.

As a **Inventory Controller** at Accumetal Manufacturing, you will process all materials and supplies received and assist with the creation of production kits for outstanding job orders. With a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic you can help contribute to the further success of our company

**What you will do**:

- Physically collect, and distribute with the facility, all materials and supplies received from shipping/receiving department using carts, pump trucks, forklifts. etc. as required.
- Document reception of all materials in JobBoss software program
- Use of measuring devices, scale, vernier, tread checker, etc. as required to verify parts.
- Maintain an adequate level of inventory of uncontrolled high-volume hardware on the production floor.
- Address any questions from Supervisors, Customer Service Representatives or production staff about parts or kit supplies.
- Facilitate cycle counts.
- Oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Report and deal with discrepancies in material counts.
- Conduct annual inventory.
- Record and input data collected from material usage reports.
- Process outgoing shipments, by creating POs and scheduling and dispatching company truck.
- Maintain relationships with vendors.
- Collaborate with purchaser to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the building.
- Conform to all health and safety standards and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Ability to learn Material Resource Planning Software
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to operate and/or obtain forklift ticket.
- Attention to details to match/copy/enter part numbers, etc.
- Ability to maintain mental count.
- Ability to adapt to disruptions and changing tasks.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Completion of Grade 12
- 3 + years of manufacturing experience
- 1-2 years of inventory control experience
