**Your opportunity**

Dillon’s **Land Development** Business Unit is looking for a** Contract Administrator** to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

This position is based at our **London **office. We offer **flexible work hours** and **hybrid work arrangement options **to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.

**Responsibilities**:
**What your day will look like**

**Contract Administration**
- Execute and support daily activities in the contract administration department for the construction of residential subdivisions, commercial and municipal development projects
- Perform on-site inspections and write daily progress reports
- Assist with tendering process and various experiences as opportunities arise
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for assigned projects and prepare daily for various assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare construction cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documents, payment certificates, change orders, and other administrative assignments as required
- Provide consistent project overviews and updates to internal staff, clients, City staff, and various stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Assist in managing the tasks of various sub-consultants as required, including Geotechnical Consultant, Land Surveyors, Independent Testing Contractors, etc.

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**
- Civil Engineering degree, college or university
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated with a team approach

**Experience**:

- 2 years of experience in inspection and contract administration
- Superior communication skills and an understanding of the importance of professional conduct within the office environment
- Enthusiastic individual who enjoys a team filled with diverse personalities and experiences
- Self-starter, with insatiable appetite for personal growth and development
- Recognizes their own abilities and limitations and is not afraid to ask questions, learn from their mistakes and share in team successes
