EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ASSOCIATE - Term Position

What is a Employment Contract Associate?

The Employment Contract Associate is responsible for the administration of employment contracts and compensation related documents and processes.

What will you be doing?
- Assist Employment Contract Specialist in preparing, reviewing and issuing all Manager, Home Office and salaried Employment Contracts within the company.
- Responsible for maintaining all Manager, Home Office and salaried Employment Contracts including following up with the return of employment contracts to Home Office, tracking employment contracts in our database to ensure that we have enforceable contracts on file for all Associates and tracking term employment contracts to ensure they are renewed on time.
- Responsible for maintaining all Compensation related documents.
- Responsible for all contract scanning and filing.
- Support/ Liaise with Key Players involved in compensation (Accounting, Finance, & Payroll).
- Provide support to Associate Relations Advisors for base level Associate inquiries regarding Employment Contracts.
- Updating any changes to Employment contracts for Home Office position as well as Hourly club level positions to be uploaded in Pulse.
- Creation of reports for other stakeholders.
- Other miscellaneous duties relating to Employment Contracts assigned.

Do you have what it takes?
- Diploma in Office Administration and/or Business Administration is an asset.
- 1-2 years’ working in a business environment.
- Maintains order and organization and is thorough and exact in details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent work quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently keep information confidential.
- Adaptable and willing to adjust to multiple tasks and demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- A team player with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computers for: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Advanced knowledge of Excel formula and functions is an asset, Internet.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of the organization.

- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
