**Recruitment Specialist**

We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service to work with our People Excellence Business Partners to focus on executing recruitment campaigns within the enterprise. This position will manage full cycle recruitment including job postings and sourcing across multiple platforms/channels, career fairs, screening, interviewing, reference checks, managing employment offers and supporting onboarding and orientation.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Support full cycle recruitment including managing the approval process, developing job postings, sourcing, screening and interviewing, managing the offer process (including reference and necessary background checks)
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings to determine selection criteria, confirm job requirements, set meeting cadence and for vacant positions in consultation in collaboration with business partner and hiring manager
- Manage recruitment using WFN’s recruitment module, the career centre, workflows, while ensuring data integrity, reliability and accuracy
- Maintain recruitment dashboard and reporting of metrics
- Support the delivery of new hire orientation and coordination of onboarding activities, including creating orientation plans, participate in the delivery of new hire training (as required), initial employee set up activities as required
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, engage community relation partners, increase brand awareness, and build external partnerships, including career fairs and industry events
- Establish and maintain talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors, and innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, across all geographical business areas
- Source and maintain government funding grants, wage subsidies and training programs
- Support alternative staffing models to support peak demands including part time work pools

**Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with end full cycle recruitment
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems an asset
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System
- Working knowledge of ESA
- Diploma preferable in Human Resources Management
- Having or working towards CHRP designation or a recruitment certification is an asset
