The Policy & Public Affairs Division supports AGLC’s strategic directions, business priorities and communications. It is responsible for developing Board policy as well as oversees all government relations, media communications, issue management, corporate and social responsibility, FOIP, and strategic communications.

**JOB SUMMARY**

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- A university or college degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field, in addition to a minimum of two years of related experience is required.
- Experience in internal communications planning and implementation, user experience and intranet content management systems. SharePoint experience considered strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior writing, editing and relationship-building skills.

Note: This position is eligible for our Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

- As a condition of employment, you will be required to obtain a satisfactory security clearance and clean drivers abstract (if necessary) prior to employment.
