Gorilla Property Services Hamilton is seeking an energetic, professional, and hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform a wide range of exterior cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, graffiti removal, and snow/ice management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide services such as window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, graffiti removal, and dryer vent cleaning.
- Ensure safety and professionalism when operating ladders and handling power tools.
- Perform snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in top working condition.
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic with an outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role (preferred).
- Basic tool skills and comfort working on ladders.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working at heights.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
