Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing company
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Qualifying inbound marketing leads
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling potential clients
- Collaborating with your colleagues to develop a strategic plan to secure the win
Essential Functions:

**Qualification**:
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile and pass them on to the sales executives for further development.
**Scheduling Demos/Triage**:
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff and excellent customer experience**.**
**Sales Tools Utilization**:
Utilize our CRM to track and manage leads, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
**Target Achievement**:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for opportunity creation and pipeline generated.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve outbound sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ years of BDR/sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients
- Strong sales ‘hunter’ mentality
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is preferred
- Private Lending, Mortgages, Financial Services a plus (but not necessary)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
**Position Status**: Permanent
**Salary**: $ 50,000 Base / OTE: $80,000
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday
**Work Environment**: In-Office/Hybrid
