We are looking to add a Fleet Manager to our operations team. Working closely with the Director of Operations, the Fleet Manager will play an integral role in overseeing fleet maintenance, repairs, insurance, hours of service, and transportation of vehicles and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage fleet vehicles including maintenance, repairs, registration, and insurance requirements
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures, including vehicle utilization, fuel management, and driver safety programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations including licensing, registration, and inspections
- Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency
- Transport vehicles and equipment from work locations, work sites, dealerships, etc.
- Manage relationships with vendors and supplier to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle ordering, maintenance, and repair services
- Ensure commercial vehicles are equipped with GPS units and that commercial electronic log book hours of service are being followed
- Ensure vehicle inspections and pre and post trip inspections are completed timely and review for maintenance requests
- Work closely with the insurance company and local registers on licensing and permitting requirements
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Class 1 Drivers License and clean driver’s abstract
- 2+ years of experience managing fleet maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of Hours of Service regulations for federally registered organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft office suite of products
- Preferably, completion of college or university degree or diploma

**Hours of Work**

Hours of work may vary depending upon project schedules and timelines; however, must be capable of working a minimum schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
