**Job Title: Patient Acquisition Specialist**

As the Patient Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all new leads that acts as the first impression to GraceMed Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics services and starts the positive patient experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all new patient leads within less than 16 minutes from new lead receipt
- Assess lead and manage accordingly:
- Surgical Lead
- Position GraceMed as lead provider for cosmetic surgical services
- Use strategic questioning to gather patient preferences and to provide meaningful education on types of surgeries and surgeons
- Collection of all necessary information and create profile in MyMedLeads (MML)
- Schedule patient for earliest available virtual or phone consultation with Surgical Nurse Case Manager based on patient preferences of surgery and geographical location
- Collect surgical consult fee
- Aesthetic Lead
- Position GraceMed as lead provider for aesthetic services
- Use strategic questioning to gather patient preferences and to provide meaningful education on types of procedures
- Completion of introductory patient intake e-form with each lead
- Collection of all necessary information and create profile in MyMedLeads (MML)
- Schedule in person consultation with Patient Experience Consultant according to patient's preferences for location and service
- Manage all leads within MML account
- Educate patients on clinic specific details
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous customer focused role and/or clinic experience in plastic surgery preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
- Extremely high proficiency in technology and software programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
