Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a
**Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our growing team in Oakville ON.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage talent acquisition - Post jobs and ads in select locations. Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes. Conduct phone and online interviews, and coordinate the interview process with the hiring manager. Manage and maintain internal job sourcing reports and also utilize current ATS.
- Administrative duties - Schedule interviews, draft questions and attend job fairs and other recruiting events. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years experience in recruitment for sales roles (required)
- At least 2 years of direct 360 recruiting experience managing all phases of the process (required)
- Reliably commute to work Monday to Friday (required)
- Experience recruiting in the Canadian market (required)
- Familiarity with online job posting boards including Indeed, Linkedin, etc.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System and updating status in real-time.
- Knowledge and experience of Canadian Employment Standards legislation and provincial Human Rights Codes
- Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
- Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, & Outlook
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred however, prior equivalent recruiting experience and training will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
