Customer Service Resolution Specialist

At Forefront Dermatology, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving patient concerns from various departments, including billing staff.
This is a full-time remote position that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you will work closely with the Team Lead to expedite concerns and provide timely resolutions to patients.
You will also be responsible for tracking patient concerns, responding to incoming correspondence, and answering telephone calls as needed. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with a focus on handling patient complaints. You should also possess a pleasant and poised demeanor, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse negative situations into positive outcomes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate empathy towards upset patients and show a customer service-oriented attitude. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that you can multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work effectively within a team environment.
