**What will you do?**
- Lead key strategic initiatives for Prospr top priorities and other Sun Life enterprise initiatives
- Monitor market activity and trends to identify new opportunities
- Evaluate internal processes to drive an improved Client Experience, reduce barriers for Client Engagement, support the Advisor and sales team through process improvement analysis
- Work with platform and technology delivery teams to implement new products and partnerships on the platform
- Lead the analysis and economic viability in support of product shelf management
- Create and manage the Prospr strategy roadmap and effectively prioritize efforts on optimal products and processes
- Develop internal relationships with various business units to understand solutions that could be leveraged across channels and markets.
- Develop and track partnership and product KPIs
- Work with the Marketing and Strategy team to develop go to market plans and campaigns
- Understand operational implications and requirements as the channel grows
- Oversee executive presentations for key recurring updates - OKR and KPI updates, operational health analysis, monthly channel updates, etc.
- Support strategy communication through presentation development and delivery in key forums (e.g. steering committees, key executive updates)

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Domain expertise _
- 8+ years of relevant of strategic planning, business development, and business management experience
- Strong knowledge of distribution, wealth and /or insurance space
- Demonstrate knowledge of technology platforms or ability to learn about technology and digital products, experience working on technical products is a plus
- Ability to impact and influence partners across the organization to work towards common goals and outcomes, lead teams without direct reporting line
- Exceptional in terms of communication to executive audience and diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills _
- Proven ability to develop creative, human-centered solutions which balance end-user experience, total cost of ownership, complexity, and speed to market
- Ability to solve problems effectively by balancing various lenses business, operations, design and technology
- Possess business acumen to analyze and generate insights from OKRs as well as foundational quantitative analytical skills to develop business cases

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other advanced degree in relevant fields
