Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategies to enhance the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
