We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our customer experience team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategies to enhance the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer experience professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $66,000 per year
