**JOB SUMMARY**

The Lab Equipment Coordinator will provide various departments ( 5G Wireless, Photonics, IT) with asset procurement and inventory management and EHS services. This role procures equipment, maintains inventory, meets deadlines, and accounts for the lab assets over the assigned areas. Records for all assets and purchases are to be maintained by the Lab Equipment Coordinator.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You will manage lab infrastructure; coordinate equipment rentals, returns, repairs and calibration, and oversee CAPEX & OPEX budgets
- You will be the site prime for all IT support and equipment, purchases, and inventory management
- You will coordinate all EHS requirements for labs and be an active member of the JHSC
- You will provide back-up to Shipping & Receiving and Security
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and generally manage the Lab infrastructure and operation

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years related experience with increasing responsibility in an enterprise environment
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication skills and time management skills
- Well organized, and deadline driven with the ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-start with ability to manage time effectively to deadlines, and audit deliverables to ensure accuracy for submission to client’s senior management
- Adapts well in a professional, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress
- In depth understanding of management and analytic tools used for asset tracking and physical inventory control
- Demonstrated performance and aptitude consistent with client’s core values and culture
- Treats confidential and sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required
- Ability to work across diverse cultures within the Region and to collaborate with Global functions
- Ability to identify and support strategic plans and provide vision and roadmap input for diverse customers
- Minimal travel may be required

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years related work experience
- Alternatively, 4-5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry will be considered
- High level of knowledgeable in Excel, MS Office Suite is required

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Regular business hours; Some additional hours may be required
- Travel requirements: Minimal domestic and international
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours
