As a Senior Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing inter-company service teams and contractor teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of service requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service inquiries, coordinating solutions to common problems, managing service-related communications, and collaborating with various departments within the company. Your expertise in photovoltaic theories and familiarity with our devices will enable you to generate packing lists for repair tasks and review service results, approving costs as needed. Additionally, you'll facilitate insurance inquiries and assist customers while handling warranty claims with manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Human Resource Management: Effectively communicate team requirements, ensuring clear understanding and execution of tasks.

Problem Solving: Provide prompt and effective responses to customer and service team inquiries, offering solutions to common issues.

Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of photovoltaic theories and familiarity with our devices and racking systems to facilitate repair tasks and review service outcomes, approving associated costs.

Collaboration: Liaise with various departments, assisting them with service-related queries and support.

Insurance Knowledge: Handle basic insurance inquiries and provide assistance to customers regarding their inquiries.

Warranty Claims: Interact with manufacturers to process warranty claims, maintain records of claims, and verify claim lists annually.

Customer Service Reps Management: Manage the tasks of Customer Service Representatives in our call center by assigning calling tasks, following up on their responses, and maintaining smooth communication with them.

**Qualifications**:
Strong human resource management skills with the ability to clearly articulate team requirements and directions.

Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction within and outside the company.

In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic theories and familiarity with associated devices and racking systems.

Proven experience in problem-solving, providing timely solutions to customer and service team inquiries.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with insurance inquiries and the capability to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Superior learning ability with the capacity to quickly understand manufacturer procedures for warranty claims.

Organizational skills to maintain records and verify claim lists on an annual basis.

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
