**ABOUT THE JOB**: The primary purpose of the role is to act as a key contact point between the Company and the homeowners during the Pre-Delivery Inspection period and to ensure that customer care standards are met and exceeded proactively, during the warranty period.

**Warranty Service Coordinator - Ref #3087**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Schedule and input Warranty Service bookings into shared calendars.
- Identify and report on issues and trends encountered on warranty forms.
- Monitor, identify and flag issues that arise with trades performing work.
- Provide confirmation and booking of trades to the Customer Care Administration team for forwarding to homeowners.
- Coordinate trades working on deficiency corrections.
- Perform inspection of Warranty work completed, as required.
- Issue POs for deficiency correction work and supplies for handypersons.
- Act as a conduit for the sharing of information in a timely manner between the department and the Construction groups and Trades.
- Facilitate entry door locks and mailbox locks in the event of failure.
- Monitor Builder Repair Period timelines and report to Management on a periodic basis.
- Update and report on work orders and completions by running various reports.
- 5+ years of work experience in the Residential Construction industry
- Hands-on work experience conducting warranty inspections
- Thorough knowledge of Tarion regulations and customer service standards
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong aptitude for working with clients professionally
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, deadline driven team atmosphere
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on supporting team members towards achieving optimal customer satisfaction
