As a Multimedia Integrator - Training, you support training designers as they carry out their multimedia projects. You analyze performance reports and suggest improvements with regard to work tools, methods and organization.

You serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for your unit's activities, initiatives and processes, where you are expected to tailor your approach to changing needs. You carry out expert research and technical analyses involving processes, information management and data processing.

You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technically complex problems, recommend changes or adjustments to work methods and procedures, and participate in their development to ensure optimum quality and efficiency.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Assist training designers in implementing their multimedia projects- Advise various professionals on how to use tools so as to maximize efficiency and optimize costs- Be responsible for multimedia files and managing timelines for various deliverables- Provide training and support for new integration resources- Design innovative and creative visual mock-ups, assisted by the graphic designer- Integrate online training and video editing- Monitor best practices in this field and make recommendations to improve efficiency and the user experience- Take part in developing and implementing processes and standards to improve integration productivity- Detect and find solutions to complex technical issues

**Qualifications**:
- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of three years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Excellent knowledge of the online training development process- Advanced knowledge of various software tools, including Articulate 360 suite, Storyline, Rise, Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects (an asset), Camtasia, Final Cut and Koantic- Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System)- Knowledge of English, intermediate level due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
