**Conception pédagogique**:

- Collaborer avec des experts en la matière pour analyser les besoins, les objectifs et le contenu de l'apprentissage afin de concevoir des cours, des modules et du matériel de formation en ligne efficaces et attrayants.
- Appliquer des méthodologies de conception pédagogique pour créer un contenu centré sur l'apprenant, en incorporant des éléments multimédias, de l'interactivité et des évaluations pour améliorer la compréhension et la rétention.
- Élaborer des objectifs d'apprentissage clairs, des schémas, des story-boards et des scripts pour les cours et les modules en ligne.
- Assurer l'alignement des stratégies de conception pédagogique sur les objectifs d'apprentissage de l'organisation et sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur.

**Développement web**:

- Utiliser les technologies de développement web frontales (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) pour créer et maintenir des plateformes d'apprentissage réactives et visuellement attrayantes.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des interfaces conviviales, des systèmes de navigation et des éléments interactifs pour améliorer l'expérience globale d'apprentissage.
- Intégrer et gérer des API ou d'autres fonctionnalités de backend, selon les besoins, afin d'assurer une fonctionnalité transparente de la plateforme.
- Contrôler et optimiser les performances du site web, résoudre les problèmes et assurer la compatibilité entre les navigateurs et les appareils.

**Qualification**:

- Vous devez être 100 % bilingue, ce qui signifie que vous devez pouvoir parler, écrire et lire en anglais et en français.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Expérience confirmée en conception pédagogique, en développement d'apprentissage en ligne et en conception/développement de sites web.
- Maîtrise des technologies web frontales telles que HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, et des principes de conception réactive.
- Familiarité avec les outils de création d'apprentissage en ligne (par exemple, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) et les systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS).
- Expérience des outils de production multimédia pour l'édition audio, vidéo et graphique (par exemple, Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, After Effects).
- Un grand souci du détail et des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de résoudre les problèmes techniques de manière efficace.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de collaboration et de gestion de projet.
- Un portfolio présentant des projets antérieurs de conception pédagogique et de développement web est hautement souhaitable.
- Licence ou certification en éducation, en conception pédagogique, en élaboration de programmes, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

**Instructional Design**:

- Develop clear learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and scripts for online courses and modules.
- Ensure alignment of instructional design strategies with the organization's learning goals and industry best practices.

**Web Development**:

- Utilize front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to build and maintain responsive and visually appealing learning platforms.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces, navigation systems, and interactive elements to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Integrate & manage APIs or other backend functionalities as needed for seamless platform functionality.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

**Qualification**:

- Must be 100% Bilingual; this means you must be able to speak, write and read in English and French.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and web design/development.
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with multimedia production tools for audio, video, and graphics editing (e.g., Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, After Effects)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design and web development projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelors Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
