**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
The Executive Producer exercises significant decision-making authority over the majority of the producing functions and manages all financial, creative, practical and political aspects of the project. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with Creative team in Los Angeles and Client to prioritize scope and delivery options without compromising the integrity of the vision.
- Provide staffing plans, estimates and schedules, manage project deliverables according to established goals assuring development of the creative vision in professional and compelling formats.
- Work closely with Production Accounts to keep track of the financial health of your projects and to provide detailed reporting alongside our Los Angles Producers and Directors.
- Manage and create strong, effective lines of project communication at all levels, across disciplines, between team members, and to senior leadership.
- Create, foster, and maintain a favorable relationship with client throughout the project life cycle. Serve as the primary company contact with client, resolve creative and production conflicts at this level, and ensure the delivery of a final product which meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Serve as a leader in all production issues for the assigned projects, assuming responsibility for routine daily decision-making within defined scope, schedule and budget.
- Recognize, cast and manage diverse talent across disciplines. Guide and inspire working teams through all phases of project life-cycle.
- Facilitate project, technical, and creative meetings and presentations to ensure all team members are aligned and engaged on the objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven production experience producing _location-based media installations, including but not limited to_ directing the creative pipeline including budget, schedule, feasibility, story/script development, research, media production, post-production and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others to executive creative vision, insure team engagement and resolve conflict.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written skills), facilitation, and presentation skills. Able to adapt to various presentation mediums as required to relay project information to a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge of complex of film and digital media technologies and processes.
- Familiarity integrating and developing media for non-traditional and standard format mediums.
- Thorough knowledge of multi-media production including CG, VFX, and editorial pipelines
- Computer understanding and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Shotgrid.
- Openness and willingness to limited travel as needed.
- BA/ BS/ MFA in communication, theater, film, or entertainment preferred.
- Must be local to Montreal, relocation is not possible at this time.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of previous Executive Producing experience
