We’re looking for a
**Community Engagement Manager** to join the incredible Brand Marketing team. The Community Engagement Manager is a new role at Axonify and will be the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

In this role you will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content for our community of frontline leaders. You LOVE interacting with people both online and in person and strive to build relationships with everyone you meet You have amazing great customer service skills and have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

**The things you’ll do**:

- Managing day-to-day social media activities.
- Growing our social following through various strategies.
- Defining and developing a community management strategy.
- Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums.
- Engaging in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about hot topics related to our industry, products, and brand.
- Planning and hosting virtual chats and other online events on industry topics.
- Providing insights to our marketing team about industry, competitors, and relevant topics found online.
- Building and maintaining our brand presence within existing online communities and our owned community.
- Seeking out opportunities to add Axonify’s position and expertise to online conversations within our target verticals.
- Implementing and executing social media communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Monitoring reviews and feedback online and implementing strategies to address these.
- Ensuring brand consistency by working with the PR and Copywriting teams.
- Analyzing competitor strategy and research best industry practices.
- Setting up and executing social listening searches, preparing dashboards and export and summarizing findings into clear reports.
- Managing our customer awards program, finding new ways to elevate the profile of our key advocates.
- Assisting with influencer identification, profiling, and activation, using available tools and resources, along with desk research and preparing reports summarizing findings.
- When required, presenting findings, reports and suggestions to internal account teams and clients.

**The things you bring**:

- **Professional Experience. **3-5 years experience in customer service, sales, or marketing would be considered an asset
- ** Knowledge**. Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant college diploma (Business or Marketing concentrations are considered an asset but not required)
- ** Critical thinking**.Ability to discern, communicate, and uphold online community guidelines
- ** Team Player Mindset.**You are a people person and are able to empathize and build rapport with others easily. You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders
