Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring excellent customer service to our clients. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining community connections through interactions with our clients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients and staff
- Coordinate client meetings, including preparing meeting materials and arranging necessary logistics
- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Utilize software to manage client billing and invoicing
- Completing direct billing and payment collection
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
